All homes have solar which allows us to use the sun’s energy to power our homes. This not only helps lower energy bills and reduce reliance on fossil fuels but also helps keep the power on when the grid goes down.
All homes include geothermal heating and cooling via ground source heat pumps. Geothermal primarily uses the earth’s constant underground temperature to heat and cool each home. This provides an efficient and reliable way to keep homes comfortable, reduce our environmental footprint and protect against fluctuating fossil fuel costs.

Belle Farm single family lots were zoned to allow for an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit). On most lots, this will take the form of an apartment space over the garage. These units offer flexible living options—multigenerational households, working from home, hosting guests, or creating a separate living space for family or friends. They also present an opportunity to generate supplemental income through long or short-term rental (with a lease of at least 30 days).
